Summer and Classes????

Can you tell I really love taking summer classes... I am getting sick of this already! My computer class is really picking up speed and oh boy. I never thought I would say this but I love my Children's Lit class. WEIRD! I KNOW!

So I am kind of in love with this new website my computer teacher showed us yesterday. I think it is way fun to put in different talks from general conference and see what each general authority wanted us to learn.

This one is from Desire by Dallin H. Oaks in this last April's General Conference. I love how it randomly came up. (you can also change the layout and color and design) It is way cool and I for sure think you should try it and mess around with cool talks or papers you or someone else has written soooo cool!!!

Yes ladies and Gents, I went golfing today and no it wasn't mini golf! I mean like actual have to hit the sucker off the tee as hard as you can, then keep hitting it (hopefully not losing it in the water or hitting it in the sand), and then on the "green" use the putter to get the ball "in da hole". haha side note. My junior year our high school golf's team motto was "get it in da hole" and I still think it is the funniest/slightly dirtiest thing ever!! Those gals think they are so funny.

Anyways yes I went on this amazing date and we played golf! I was kinda more than horrible at it, but only in the beginning. Then I got the hang of things and poor Travis started to play not so hot. He actually I think talked himself up a little too much. He has played in golf tournaments before, which is super cool and has two or more sets of clubs. I still think he is way legit though. He did not have his best day ever though especially since on the last hole I beat him!!! Yay for me! I think he was a little upset haha. I am a natural athlete so guys tend to get upset when I beat them at "their" sports, but I'm not going to stop playing hard. I am kinda/sorta/really competitive. However, the boy has to learn this sooner or later so it might as well be sooner right? Oh goodness, the lucky boys that get to date me. All I got to say is my husband is going to be one humble man or a very very good athlete and for the record I am looking both.

Anyways I had a blast today and Travis was so kind to take me. I had no clue how expensive golf cost!!! Holy Moly! This kid must like me a lot because it was a lot of pretty pennies to play! It was so much fun and I constantly was thanking him. He is so sweet too. He kept on telling me don't worry about it "I am a working man"! Ha I love how he tells me that all the time. He is such a hard worker. Okay yeah I think I have talked about him enough now...

Golfing was great! I got a nice tan, learned how to play, and even beat a pro (well I call him pro) golfer! Over all a great day! Tomorrow is going to be just as fun I think. I'm going to the temple, coaching a soccer game, going dress shopping with HEATHER!!!! CRAZY GIRL is getting MARRIED! and then hopefully doing something fun that night. Well I hope everyone is having a great weekend and I can't wait to blog on Sunday about my AMAZING momma!

Keeping myself busy... kinda

Call me crazy, but I am actually pretty excited about going to school this summer. It starts next week and I can't be more excited! I have been so bored in my apartment doing nothing all day long... I keep trying to find ways to keep myself busy, but there is only so much a girl can do! What have I been doing, I'll tell you.

Monday was good because I haven't had a relaxed day in awhile. Crazy though because I woke up at 10, which is WAY unusual for me. Usually I can't sleep past 8:30 at the latest. I think not doing anything all day is just making me bored so I can sleep for forever. I also went to the grocery store that day I think or maybe that was Saturday. I'm not all to s

ure. Tuesday was a very good busy day! I called to change my dentist appointment, went to UVU for an appointment with my council, and had an meeting with my bishop. Yesterday I woke up and timed how long it would take me to go to UVU for school, got my ID, found out when intramurals starts (May 16!!! I can't wait), played soccer (I mostly worked on my ball skills. I juggled a 125, which is crazy since I haven't really played since last summer!), went to the DMV to figure out some paper work, and went to my friend Travis's softball game. Now that was fun because I was able to see Ang!!! I have really miss that girl. Hi Ang (she is most likely reading this)! It has seemed like forever since we were at Snow and it has only been a week! Crazy... Anyways we talked while the boys played and that was about a good two hours since they had two games. It was a blast!

Now today I again have to figure out how to keep myself busy until about 5 or so because at 5:30 this guy in my ward randomly came by to meet people with his roommates. We got talking about soccer and he said he is a soccer coach. By no time at all he asked me to help him coach today with him an I can't be any more excited! I love soccer and coaching his kids (they are about 13-15 years old) will be a blast! I can't wait. Plus he is a pretty cute guy so that makes everything so much better. :-)

Yup that has pretty much been how my week has gone. I can't wait to fill my time more with school! However, I'm not sure what I am going to be doing once that ends in late June. Well at least I have a bunch of trips planned then. I'm way excited to seem my family and my new nephew Chad!!! Yay!!! Until then though at least I have the Aegerter's and friends here and hopefully make a lot more soon! Wahoo!
